We hope you are thrilled with your Bravado purchase, but if for any reason it doesn't meet your needs or expectations, follow our policy and instructions for returning or exchanging.

What is Eligible for Return or Exchange?
Bras and Tanks may be returned or exchanged, for up to 28 days from the date on the invoice, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed and are in ‘as new’ condition. Please note, “as-new” refers to both the product and its packaging and we regret that bras and tanks not in ‘as-new’ condition will be returned to you without reimbursement.
For hygienic reasons, underwear and breast pads cannot be returned or exchanged. Discontinued styles, clearance items, custom bras and non-apparel items (e.g. DVDs) may not be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
Initial shipping fees as well as return shipping costs are not refundable. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us by way of a credit voucher against your next purchase, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
What about Manufacturer's Defects?
Bravado Designs will replace, free of charge, a manufacturer’s defect on any of our products within 28 days of product purchase. Defects could extend to clips (that are broken, will not stay closed, or will not open), stitching, defects in fabric and/or trims, etc. Because some defects may only appear with wear, Bravado! Designs may replace defective bra merchandise that has been washed and/or worn (provided it is returned within 28 days of purchase). Each garment will be evaluated for defects and any garment received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. stains) will be returned “as is” without reimbursement.
How Does a Product Exchange Work?
We don't want you to have to wait to get the right product, so go ahead and re-order by web or phone. Please note your credit card will becharged a second time. When exchanging a product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. A credit for the value of the exchanged product will be issued to the original purchase method when we receive the original order and it has passed inspection.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
A returns/exchange form is enclosed with each order. Complete the form, and pack it with the item you are returning or exchanging. Make sure to select the appropriate Reason Code from the chart on the bottom left of the page. Where possible, use the original box & packing materials, to prevent damage in transit. Send your returns via regular mail. COD’s will not be accepted. Pack the returns and affix the supplied mailing label on the outside of the package. Make sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or provide your invoice number. Omitting the invoice number may delay your credit by 4-6 weeks.
Please allow 2 weeks to complete the processing of returns and credits. It may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your card. Bravado Designs reserves the right to evaluate all returns/exchanges before issuing a credit.
